Chris is an accountant by trade, but is also an amazing communicator (against all odds).


Chris’s passion for helping real estate owners understand their businesses to ensure they get the return from all their effort is his great love.


It was his vision that started the REAP platform, wanting to cut through ego and falsehoods in the sector which make it hard to know how you are really doing.

Tanya started her legal career at a law firm specialising in mergers & acquisitions and commercial & corporate law, and shortly after commenced practising law with a focus within the real estate industry. Tanya’s practice is focused on mergers & acquisitions, rent roll transactions, sale and purchase of shares and corporate structuring.

Sarah is a residential tenancy and real estate compliance expert. Having started in property management in 2006, she has over 15 years’ experience in real estate and was an award-winning agent prior to making the switch to law.

Sarah’s practice is varied, undertaking both litigation and commercial matters specific to the real estate industry.
